BOOK FAIR is coming!!!!

Dates: 10/6/2025 – 10/10/2025 (preview day for students is 10/3/2025)

Location: MCES Rec Room – Students will shop during their Gym class

Family Shopping: 10/8/2025 and 10/9/2025, 5 – 8 p.m.

Make shopping easier by setting up an ewallet for your child.

Get your Halloween costumes on, decorate your car (optional), bring your favorite store-bought, individually pre-packaged treats, and come for a fun evening of trick-or-treating in the parking lot at Mays Chapel.

The event will be held on October 16th from 5:30-6:30. This goes without saying... but please, no alcohol, no pets, and please be careful as you drive through the parking lot.

Minion Madness is Coming to MCES! 🍌

Get ready for a night of giggles and good times at our Despicable Me 4 movie night on Friday, November 8th. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the movie starts promptly at 6:15 p.m. Bring a picnic dinner, drink and blanket to sit on. Concession snacks will be for sale.

Admission is free. An adult must be present with all kids. Please no drop-offs.

We are collecting shelf-stable food for the Student Support Network and gift-wrapping items such as tape, scissors and wrapping paper for Mrs. Counsell and the Blizzard of Support.

To launch the school year, we have planned two “Sneak-a-Peek” events on Friday, August 23rd between 2:00-4:00p.m. This is an open house event that will offer families the opportunity to visit the school, meet the staff, and drop off school supplies prior to the first day of school.
To accommodate this popular event, we kindly request that you visit during your assigned time.
