Mays Families: Please create an account for full access to our site, including a directory of students’ class assignments and parent contact information.

Don’t forget to sign up to receive our PTO newsletters – these are different than what is sent directly from the school, and will keep you informed about the many events and community initiatives we are working on, and how you can join in.

To create your account:

1. Click the Login header at the top of the page
2. Choose to Create Account
3. Complete the form with your name, email address and password. Check your inbox after you’ve selected the Verify my email button – the link expires after two hours.
4. Follow your link to re-enter your password and verify your account. You’re almost done with setup!
5. The last – and most important – part of setup is now creating your entry for our Directory. Follow the four steps to confirm your family’s information and what you want displayed in the Directory.
   1. Step 2 – Student Information is where you can add your child and link them to their class. Make finding fellow class and grade friends, and arranging get togethers outside of school easier by including this information! You’ll choose from a drop-down their grade and their teacher.

Once your account has been created and family added, you will have access to the Directory header at the top of the page.

Are You A Returning MCES PTO Family? Please be sure to update your Family Information from the previous year!

To update your family information, student’s grade/teacher, or add a new student to your family account:

1. Click the My Account header at the top of the page after you have logged in
2. Choose the hyperlinked “Step 1: Family Information” to review and revise your contact information, directory visibility preferences, and student(s) teacher and grade assignments for the current school year.
